SDCH management understands the importance of the well-being of our employees, and pays utmost attention to our employees' work and life.

We have set up a “SDCH Club” which is in charge of organizing various activities to enrich and enhance employees' lives, such as picnics, pre diwali night etc. including minute to win games, dancing, and singing competitions and many more. Furthermore, to promote activities and services in order to help and create fellowship among employees and their families, foster a sense of belonging and improve physical and mental well-being for all those involved.

SDCH Club touches the heart of each and every employee in a unique way with an “Employee Birthday Celebration”. Birthdays are one of the most memorable and precious day of an individual's life. We celebrate each and every employee's birthday at our cafeteria by cutting a cake, followed by some snacks.
